MRS Oil Nigeria Plc has announced the resignation of Amina Maina as a non-executive director of the company, effective 11 July.
In a statement signed by the company secretary, Oluwakemi Jafojo, on Friday, the company said its board approved Ms Maina’s resignation through a written resolution dated 13 June.
Ms Maina, who also serves as Group Executive Director (Supply and Trading) at MRS Holdings Limited and Executive Director at MRS Oil & Gas Company Limited, has held several key roles within the group.
“Over the years, she spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives and led teams through critical milestones; she has been a mentor and a steady guide for the Company,” the statement said.

“Her tenure has been marked by impactful transformation and unwavering dedication to the Company.”
MRS Oil Nigeria is a publicly listed downstream oil and gas company with operations across the country, mainly in fuel marketing and distribution.
