Renowned gospel singer, Lilian Nneji, is set to lift hearts and stir souls as she headlines her long-awaited worship event, Lilian Nneji Live in Concert, on July 20, 2025, at Solution Arena, Lagos.
Describing the concert as a divine assignment years in the making, Nneji expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to finally bring her vision to life. “This is a dream coming to fulfillment,” she said. “I have waited for God’s go-ahead to host a gathering of worship, and I’m excited that He has given the approval. It’s time to praise His name in an atmosphere of undiluted joy.”
With the theme “Joy Will Replace Sorrow,” the concert promises to be more than just a musical gathering. Nneji assured attendees of a powerful spiritual encounter. “Expect an outpouring of divine joy and the overwhelming presence of God,” she said. “The heavens will connect with the earth, and no one will leave the same.”
She also revealed that fervent intercessory prayers have been ongoing in preparation for the concert. “God will show up and show off through the ministers on stage,” she added, hinting at a night of miracles and answered prayers.
Reflecting on her own journey in 2025, Nneji testified to experiencing divine breakthroughs and increase in all areas of her life. “The faithfulness of God has been overwhelming. This year has been full of testimonies,” she shared.
The concert will feature a stellar lineup of gospel stars including Amb. Chinyere Udoma, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Jesus Pikin, Tosin Bee, Efe Nathan, Peterson Okopi, Daniel G-Praise, Sanni Faith, and Tosin Sax.
According to Nneji, gospel music continues to play a vital role in healing and uplifting the Nigerian spirit. “It’s one of God’s tools to bring consolation and hope to our nation,” she said.
The stage is set for a night of divine encounters, joy, and praise.
